With all doors closed, put key in ignition and turn key to first position only, and fully depress and release the accelerator pedal 5-7 times. Pedal must be pressed all the way down and fully released these 5-7 times.

Thank you for this. I am thinking of changing my own oil, although I usually take it in to have someone else do it. I might start doing my own car maintenance to save a few dollars here and there.
